Refund Policy for Limited Edition Prints
*Please note that the following refund policy is only applicable to Limited Edition print purchases made through Zandrover.com. For refund/exchange options for custom digital prints made purchased through Smugmug.com, please refer to their terms HERE and/or email them at help@smugmug.com.
RETURNS
We maintain a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved it will be processed within 3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card and/or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (if applicable)
If after 3 business days from receiving confirmation of your refund status you do not see the refund posted in the account in which you paid, please first contact your bank, credit card company, and/or payment processor as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items and cover shipping costs if items are proven to be defective or damaged upon initial delivery and such issues are presented to us within 48-hours of delivery confirmation.
If upon initial receipt of your item you notice that it is defective or damaged, please email hello@zander.com right away and include photos of the defect and/or damage. From there, you will be asked to ship the item back to a location in San Diego, CA.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
SHIPPING
Unless your item is determined to be defective or damaged upon initial delivery and you have documented it and sent such documentation to hello@zandrover.com within 48-hours of delivery confirmation, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item.
All other shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Because all Limited Edition prints are valued at over $75, we urge all customers to return/exchanging an item to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
